In a Club in Shoreditch is a performance-installation viewed through a curtained frame, inviting the audience to look into a private space without entering it. Inside, a staged bedroom combines video projection, sound, and scent to recreate the atmosphere of a night out and its aftermath. A shadow film plays across the walls, blurring pleasure, tension, and unease. By positioning viewers as silent onlookers, the work explores toxic intimacy, violence, and voyeurism, reflecting on how private harm is often observed from a place of distance and detachment.
