Baptism

Baptism is a performance-based installation that reimagines the act of cleansing after sexual violence. A bath—an intimate ritual of erasure and renewal—becomes the centre of the work. The collected bathwater is vaporised, filling a sealed room with mist that the audience inhales. In this shared breath, shame becomes atmosphere, dissolving boundaries between body, air, and belief.
